My name is Kaitlyn! Thank you for taking the time to visit my website! I’ve been in the cosmetology industry for over 7 years. I graduated from the best of the best, Salon Institute Columbus! I was very fortunate to have the best, most knowledgeable educators who taught me almost everything I know. I took training classes in NYC for continuing education, met the best salon owners in Columbus and learned valuable information that I now have graciously incorporated into my own business. I was so blessed to have had the opportunity, as a Designer Stylist, to work at a beautiful salon in Worthington. I spent 4+ years in a salon environment but knew deep down, there are bigger and greater things out there. I knew my time came to an unfortunate but fortunate end because I was ready for my dream, to own my own business! I am now an independent stylist with a full service menu BUT specializing in lived-in dimensional looks, blonding, balayage, and soon to be extensions (start date for offering extensions: TBD)! Cancellation Policy
Disclaimer: Services I do NOT perform are men's haircuts and color, kid's haircuts under the age of 13, fashion color services, high fashion haircuts such as pixie haircuts, and perms.
Please read my cancellation policy carefully. I require a credit card on file to hold your appointment. I completely understand when life happens, including illness/emergencies. Please stay home if sick. Contact me by text or phone call if any of these instances occur; must be 24 hours or more before your appointment. With VERY rare circumstances aside like hospitalizations or true emergencies, 70% of service will be charged for cancellations under 24 hours and 100% of service will be charged for same-day cancellations or no Shows under 12 hours. These fees help me cover product costs, over head costs, fees, and my time. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving proper notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services and then I go unpaid. If you are running behind, your appointment will be held for 15 minutes (please give a courtesy call). If more than 15 minutes late, it’s up to my discretion whether to continue with the service or to reschedule the appointment which would be subject to the cancellation policy.
NO REFUNDS--Since this is a service provided, I can not take back my time, labor, color and overhead costs of performing a service.
REDO Policy--If you are not happy with your results, PLEASE reach out to me directly! I will be more than happy to make small adjustments within 7 days or less of your original hair appointment. *This courtesy is not to be confused with "Changing Your Mind" or trying to work the system for free services. If your request is reasonable, I will do all that I can to fix any error in quality.
No children of any age in service suite. If they are 13 years or up and are getting serviced, they may sit in the suite to wait--we will have to reschedule to another day if children are brought to suite who are not getting serviced (will be charged 100% of service if this occurs).
ANY child over the age of 13, who comes in for a hair appointment WITHOUT a parent present will have 100% control over service decisions. If you are unable to accompany them but have specific requests or rules for their hair, PLEASE contact me by text or phone call before service begins.
